1. Eligibility for Returns

We take pride in providing pure and high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo or video).

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or partially used food products (e.g., honey jars once unsealed).

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Products purchased during promotional sales marked as “Non-Returnable.”


3. Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received back, we will initiate a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (PayFast or Bank Transfer) within 7–10 business days.

  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
