1. Eligibility for Returns
We take pride in providing pure and high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo or video).
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
Opened or partially used food products (e.g., honey jars once unsealed).
Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Products purchased during promotional sales marked as “Non-Returnable.”
3. Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received back, we will initiate a refund.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (PayFast or Bank Transfer) within 7–10 business days.
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or wrong product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
