1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Locations & Coverage
- We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan.
- For remote or rural areas, delivery may take extra 1-2 days depending on courier availability.
3. Shipping Methods & Partners
- We use trusted courier / logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
- Flat shipping fee of PKR 300 for orders under PKR 3500.
- Free shipping for orders above PKR 3500 (if you offer free shipping over a threshold).
- Any additional charges (fuel, remote area surcharge) will be communicated up front.

7. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout (street, house no., sector, city, postcode if applicable).
- We are not responsible for delayed deliveries, mis-deliveries, or returns due to wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Since shipping is domestic (within Pakistan), no customs duties apply.
- If in future you offer international shipping, any customs or duties will be borne by the customer.
9. Damaged / Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item.
- In case of loss in transit (according to tracking), we will initiate an investigation with the courier and either resend or refund the order.
